Our B&B has 4 rooms in the first floor and 2 rooms in the second.

We offer king size, queen size, double bed and single beds.

Rates until Easter 2007
(Low Season)

• 50% deposit due on confirmation of booking.
• NO SMOKING on the premises but the terrace.
• No pet allowed.
• Please notify us your arrival time.
• All of our rooms includes taxes and the gourmet breakfast served from 9-10 am.
• We accept traveler checks, money orders but we rather cash.
• Check in: 4:00 - 6:00 pm.   We appreciate notice if you need an earlier or later check in.
• Check out: 11:00 am.
• In special dates like Eastern, the Cervantino Festival in October, Christmas and New Year Eve  a minimum 3 nights stay is required, however we will book single night reservations same day, if available.
• Cancellation Policy: More than 20 days in advance, the deposit is returned in full.
• Less than 14 days in advance, the deposit is returned in full  if we are able to rebook the room(s). Otherwise 50% will be returned.
• Less that 48 hours, the full rate is charged if we are unable to rebook the room(s).
• No notice or no show, the full rate will be charged.

• 50% de depósito al momento de confirmar la reservación.
• NO SE PERMITE FUMAR dentro del Bed and Brekfast, sÓlo en la terraza.
• No se aceptan animales.
• Por favor avísenos su tiempo aproximado de llegada.
• Todas las habitaciones incluyen los impuestos y un delicioso desayuno tradicional de 9 a 10 a.m.
• Aceptamos cheques de viajero y money orders pero agradecermos sus pagos en efectivo.
• El check in es de 4 a 6 de la tarde, pero háganos saber si desea hacerlo antes.
• El check out es a las 11 a.m.
• En ocasiones especiales como Semana Santa, el Festival Cervantino en Octubre, Navidad y Año Nuevo, es requerida una estadía mínima de 3 noches. Sin embargo, podemos reservar noches individuales el mismo día sí hay disponibilidad.
• Politica de cancelación:  El depósito será regresado completo sí la cancelación se hace 20 días antes.
• Si se hace menos de 14 días de la fecha de la reservación, el depósito se regresa completo si se logra ocupar la habitación. Caso contrario se reintegrará el 50%.
• Si la cancelación se hace 48 horas antes, el depósito completo es cobrado si la habitación no se logra ocupar.
• Si el dia de la reservación no hay cancelación, ni quien hizo la reservación se presenta, no hay ningún reintegro.
